SAN LUIS OBISPO, CA, September 18, 2017— After more than 20 years of planning, Abbott | Reed is excited to break ground on their most ambitious project to date – Noveno, a new development of 67 single-family homes, pedestrian and bike paths, parks, and open space at Orcutt Road in San Luis Obispo, California.
Located near the ninth peak in the mountain chain of Nine Sisters, Noveno (‘ninth’ in Spanish) is a place for modern living where the evolving needs of San Luis Obispo families are met with flexible floor plans and community-centered design.
