The mixed-use, affordable housing project includes 39 residential units, a community space, and 850 SF of existing commercial space that will provide much needed permanent supportive housing to those in need.

The project demolition began last week and the expected completion date is mid-to-late Summer of  2025.

Project Groundbreaking: The Lofts At The Creamery

Contributing to the livability and positive transformation of downtown San Luis Obispo is easy to get excited about. That’s why Abbott | Reed is so thrilled to announce our latest project, The Lofts At The Creamery.

A five-story, 34,000-plus-square-foot facility, The Lofts At The Creamery will feature 36 apartments, including loft-style units on the fourth floor and a first-floor concrete podium parking garage. The project is in the heart of downtown SLO, neighboring the Creamery Marketplace, an open-air public market that includes eateries and artisan shops.

The architect for the project is RRM Design Group, and its estimated completion date is January 2025.
