Building your dream home starts with location. Those of us who live in San Luis Obispo County love it because there are so many unique pockets of community. What floats your boat? Do you dream of a vineyard in your backyard? Maybe a spacious pool overlooking a lush valley of protected farmland  – or is the beach where you belong? Building a custom home begins with choosing exactly where it is you want to call home. Abbott | Reed is here to help. Learn from happy homeowners we’ve worked with here.

Our Very Own Aaryn Abbot to Speak at SLO Housing Summit

AbbottReedNews

On Thursday March 9th, the Housing Coalition of the Central Coast is meeting at Embassy Suites in San Luis Obispo to collaborate with key housing experts. Their aim is to support the creation of more housing options in San Luis Obispo, encourage more innovative community solutions, and learn best practices from outside areas that have effectively achieved these goals.

Our very own Aaryn Abbot will play an important role in this SLO Housing Summit as a speaker on a breakout panel to discuss the economics of building communities. Aaryn is not only a Abbott | Reed Communities leader, he’s also a dynamic member of the SLO Association of Realtors. Aaryn will share his perspective as a community building expert who’s driven to make housing more accessible and sustainable here on the Central Coast. Event participants will also learn about housing success stories, policy reforms, design innovations and opportunities to address current community challenges.

If you have a community housing project you’d like to discuss, contact Abbott | Reed Communities today via email or call 805-543-7277.

Here at Abbott | Reed Communities, we’re excited to be working on a brand spankin’ new project in the heart of Paso Robles wine country, Cava Robles. We’re building a sophisticated RV resort made for more than rest and relaxation.

The 80-acre space is located at the north end of Golden Hill Road along Huer Huero Creek. Cava Robles is designed to include over 200 motor coach sites and five buildings, including spacious banquet facilities and multiple swimming pools. This Paso Robles retreat will be a spot everyone can enjoy from couples looking for peace and relaxation to families all about adventure.

The project takes full advantage of the site’s sweeping scenic views with rustic-contemporary style architecture that honors California’s ranch history while incorporating all the modern amenities than make a vacation worth taking in the first place. Project architect, 10 Over Studio shares a few sketches of the Cava Robles vision here.

Cava Robles is expected to open in spring of 2018. We’ll be sure to keep you posted with progress as the project moves along!
