AbbottReedCommunities

Contributing to the livability and positive transformation of downtown San Luis Obispo is easy to get excited about. That’s why Abbott | Reed is so thrilled to announce our latest project, The Lofts At The Creamery.

A five-story, 34,000-plus-square-foot facility, The Lofts At The Creamery will feature 36 apartments, including loft-style units on the fourth floor and a first-floor concrete podium parking garage. The project is in the heart of downtown SLO, neighboring the Creamery Marketplace, an open-air public market that includes eateries and artisan shops.

The architect for the project is RRM Design Group, and its estimated completion date is January 2025.
