The Vintage at SLO Project Update
Abbott | Reed Communities is proud to announce a new project update for the Vintage at SLO Apartments. Model slabs were placed for the apartments back in January, and trenching has just begun. Slabs were placed this April for the Vintage clubhouse, and our team couldn’t be more excited for the progress.
The innovative garden-style community will be just 2 miles southeast of downtown San Luis Obispo, within the Orcutt Area Specific Plan. There will ultimately be 105-units comprised of 7 three-story residential buildings, with a mix of 35 studios, 7 one-bedrooms, and 63 two-bedroom townhomes.
