Our latest community development, Noveno is making tremendous progress in San Luis Obispo and the pre-approval process for homeowners is underway now. Ultimately the inviting community will consist of 23 single-family Avenue homes and 44 single-family Parkway homes.

Noveno’s homes are a contemporary expression of mid-century modern that’s uniquely California. Curious to see for yourself?

You’re invited to tour the property and view floor plans. You’ll find a thoughtful layout for every lifestyle.

Here’s the latest timeline:

  • NOW: Noveno is actively accepting Phase I deposits.
  • SEPTEMBER: Model homes will break ground.
  • OCTOBER: Phase I breaks ground and is release for contract.

Pre-Qualifying Pricing

Parkway homes start in the high $600s and Avenue homes start in the high $700s.

Notifications

Pre-approval notifications will be sent out in August, at which time Noveno will begin accepting $15,000 refundable deposits for buyers interested in Phase 1.

Pricing will be released at the time of contract.
